working in Instalation and community building. I have a passion for community and our interactions. As a collaborative artist I create work that encourages connections and I find being a socially engaged artist brings people together, even those most isolated in our community. I facilitate creative workshops with a special focus on access and equal opportunity. Exploration and experimentation are central to my practice, these allow me to challenge myself and develop my skills. I enjoy working across a range of media, exploring many subjects and cultures, exploring disability, sexuality, feminism, connections and care. Ensuring I explore these themes with both respect and sensibility. As an artist that suffers with chronic illness, it is often a theme in my work. Representation and access are becoming central to my own practice, and how I engage and work with others.
